Shipping policy

Standard delivery items are usually delivered within 2-4 working days, however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order.

We only dispatch orders on week days (Monday to Friday) and we do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.

Our items are delivered Monday to Friday, however, if required we may be able to make special arrangements with our courier (extra charges may be applied). Please contact us for further information.

At times of peak demand, orders containing cushions may experience a short delay due to manufacture.

How will my order be delivered?

Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for orders containing larger items.

Large, heavy items (such as garden furniture sets and large barbecues) are delivered on a pallet to the nearest publicly accessible kerbside of your property. For these items, please ensure you have the resources/assistance required to take them into your property.

Some couriers have the option to leave your delivery in a safe space. If you require this, we recommend getting in touch before ordering.

How can I track my order?

When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow the link on your email to see when your item will be delivered and if it has been delayed.

Is delivery free?

We offer a free delivery service on UK orders over £20. Orders below £20 will incur a £2.99 delivery fee, and are shipped on a standard shipping service.
