A performance enhancing, 2-layer non-stick coated casserole pan with a difference. One side of the 20cm pot has a flat edge to allow it to stand up vertical in your pan storage area, preventing the non-stick from being scratched or damaged. This newly developed solution for storage guarantees a longer life span and performance.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All orders to UK mainland addresses are delivered for free. Orders to some more remote areas are subject to a supplemental delivery fee to cover the extra cost of delivering to these regions.
Delivery areas subject to this supplemental charge include some Scottish regions, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Wight, Scilly, Orkney and Shetland (postcode areas beginning: AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO, ZE).
This will be automatically calculated and applied in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address postcode. If you have any queries before ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I pay for my items?
You can pay securely for all items on the website via PayPal checkout or using any major credit/debit cards through the third party payment gateway provider Global Payments.
Please Note: As we use Global Payments we don’t process or hold any credit card details within our systems so your personal payment data is perfectly secure.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about an order once it has been despatched but not yet delivered, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return it, whereupon the refund will be issued. If the goods are accepted at the delivery point, there will be a collection charge to return them.
Do you offer guaranteed next day delivery?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee next day delivery. If you want an item urgently please call a member of the team on 0330 002 1202 and we'll do our best to help.
Is my personal information safe when ordering from you?
We use third party payment processing services Global Payments and PayPal, so we don’t have access to any of your credit card data.
How can I check whether an item is in stock?
Our website reflects real time stock levels in our warehouse. There will be a notice on the product if it is out of stock, and you cannot add an item to your basket if it's out of stock.
Free Next Working Day Delivery
For 99% of orders placed before 12noon Monday – Friday, you will receive your order the next working day. Orders made after 12noon will be dispatched the day after (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). Postcode restrictions apply.

How will my order be delivered?
Someone will need to be available to receive, check and sign for your order.
As standard our items are delivered Monday to Friday; however we may be able to make special arrangements with our courier (extra charges may be applied) so please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
When your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. You can follow the link on your email to see when your item will be delivered.
My parcel is missing, what should I do?
We will do everything we can to get your parcel to you as soon as possible; however, if you believe your parcel is missing, please reach out to us within 14 days and let us know so that we can investigate the matter for you. To contact us, either respond to your order confirmation email or please follow this link.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Any damage in transit must be advised within 24 hours. If your packaging looks damaged on arrival, please sign for it as “damaged” with the delivery driver. Please check all contents on arrival and let us know straight away if any parts are damaged or missing and we will resolve this for you. To contact us, either respond to your order confirmation email or please follow this link.
How do I return an item?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item and so returns are accepted within 30 days. To return unwanted items, please contact us to arrange the return, providing your order number and reason for return. You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitable for courier transit).
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. If you do not wish to use our returns service, you must send the item back through a recorded or tracked delivery service.

I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do next?
All items and packaging are checked upon leaving our warehouse. In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please notify the courier in all instances. Please do not accept delivery if there is apparent damage – tell the courier and then contact us with details of the issue.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days.
We will require information and images of the damage. We can then advise how to proceed and arrange for a replacement or refund where necessary.
